Last month Soccer AM/MW's Nobes set you three football trivia questions. How did you do on them?
Question 1 - Connect Three
At the time of writing, Norwich City do this best in the Championship, Brighton & Hove Albion in League One, and Burton Albion in League Two. What?
Solution: The answer is they have the highest percentage of filling their grounds.
However, Chesterfield have now overtaken Burton Albion in League Two.
Question 2 - Odd One Out
Which of these clubs is the odd one out?
Bournemouth, Bristol City, Bury, Cheltenham, Hereford, Hull, and Rochdale.
Solution: The odd one out is Hull, who are the only club whose manager didn't formerly play for the club.
Question 3 - Where's Nobes?
Which Football League ground is Nobes at?
This ground is directly adjacent to a railway line.
In the early 20th century a couple of opposition sides refused to play FA Cup games there because they complained that the pitch wasn't long enough.
Its name is often mis-pronounced.
Solution: Nobes was at Exeter's St James Park, not St James' Park, as it is often wrongly pronounced.
Nobes will have more trivia for you soon.
