Last month, Soccer AM/MW's Nobes set three questions to test your football trivia knowledge. How did you do?
Question 1 - Cryptic Connection
Cardiff have this in the Championship, Dagenham in League One, and Accrington in League Two. What?
Solution: They each have the longest serving manager in their respective division.
Dave Jones has been boss at Cardiff for six years, Dagenham's John Still has been in place for seven years, and John Coleman's tenure at Accrington has lasted 12 years.
Question 2 - Odd One Out
Which of these Football League clubs is the odd one out and why?
Bournemouth, Carlisle, Cheltenham, Leicester, Lincoln, Shrewsbury, Swindon.
Solution: Lincoln are the odd one out as they the only club not to be their county's sole Football League representatives.
Bournemouth are Dorset's, Carlisle Cumbria's, Cheltenham Gloucestershire's, Leicester Leicestershire's, Shrewsbury Shropshire's, and Swindon Wiltshire's.
Lincoln are joined as Lincolnshire's representatives by Scunthorpe though.
Question 3 - Where's Nobes?
Which Football League ground is Nobes at?
This ground was originally constructed by fans of the club who helped dig out a pit for the pitch.
One of the stands is named after the club's manager who guided them to success in the FA Cup in the 1940s.
It was once the largest stadium in London.
Solution: Nobes was at The Valley, home to Charlton Athletic.
Congratulations if you got any of the solutions. Nobes will have more trivia for you next week.
